You will get trained.

We'll work with you on custom needs, but here are the basic offerings.

Broomsedge has over 8,000 acres of hunting land, and lodging for more than 60 hunters. Our main lodge has meeting space for 60, with a bar and A/V capabilities. We can host all kinds of events, and meetings, with full food and beverage service.
Most importantly, though, we are a full hunting lodge. We offer pheasant, quail, dove, deer and turkey hunting. More info on those can be found elsewhere on this site.

THREE ONSITE HUNTING LODGES
We have three separate hunting lodges on our land. Each has common areas that include a full kitchen, dining area, family room, TV, porches and outside seating with fire pits.
Each individual room has heat and air-conditioning.
We have several room configurations with kings and double beds for whichever sleeping arrangements you and your party require.

HUNTER-FOCUSED LODGING
Ample indoor and outdoor seating for groups or small parties.
Fireplaces and comfortable furniture so you can relax before or after the day's activities.

Our Brand New Main Lodge Seats 60
Scheduled for completion by early September, just in time for the Fall 2022 hunting season.
This cutting-edge design incorporates the existing grain silos from the original farmstead, and adds a brand-new modern hunting lodge connected to the rooms. The lodge has ample meeting space, a full bar, full catering kitchen, and lots of outdoor patios and porches.
All beds are doubles to king-sized.
Relaxing common areas to make the sportsman feel at home.
Outdoor common areas are ideal for pre- or post-hunt socializing.
Our patios have fire pits and grills available.

Pheasant Hunting School

DAY 2
- Breakfast at the lodge
- Introduction to your guides
- Travel to field for gun safety/orientation and skeet practice (1 hour)
- Bird Hunting Clinic Part 2: hunting etiquette and safety (note: use a mock blind in field where they were skeet shooting)
- Tower Pheasant Hunt (200-250 pheasants to be released on shooting field)
- Lunch back at lodge
- Choice of afternoon group activities:
- Your meetings/education time using our facilities
- Additional skeet shooting
- Jeep/side-by-side driving on the farm
- Fishing
- Our staff will dress and prepare shot birds and pack on ice
- Return to lodge for dinner

Duck Hunting School

Georgia hunting limits apply, but hunters may take up to 15 birds, each*

- Arrive by noon.
- Welcome lunch.
- Introduction to your guides
- Hunter’s safety training and gun safety course
- Travel to field for skeet practice (1 hour)
- Duck Hunting Clinic Part 1: blind etiquette and safety (note: use a mock blind in field where they were skeet shooting), duck calling training and practice
- Dinner at lodge
- Fireside primer: Clinic Part 2: All About Ducks and Duck Hunting
DAY 2
- Early wakeup.
- Travel to field for morning duck hunt
- (Note: While we can’t guarantee birds, we have a very good success rate because of our habitat and management practices)
- Big country breakfast at the lodge
- Choice of late morning/early afternoon group activities:
- Your meetings/education time using our facilities
- Additional skeet shooting
- Jeep/side-by-side driving on the farm
- Fishing
- There will be time for naps (it was an early start today!)
- Return to lodge for lunch
- Late afternoon duck hunt
- Our staff will dress and prepare shot ducks and pack on ice
