Come Learn about Dallas Safari Club and the DSC Convention & Expo Coming to Atlanta January 9-12th, 2025. This event will be hosted in our lodge, with light appetizers and beverages. The event is free to attend.

Broomsedge Rod & Gun Inaugural
Kentucky Derby Party
Saturday, May 4th, 2024
2pm-7pm
Come out to celebrate with us in the southern tradition and heraldry that is the Kentucky Derby.
There'll be cocktails, southern eats, live music and prizes. We're expecting a crowd, so get your tickets now, as space is limited.
Food, Drinks & Live Music
If you know us, you know we can put out the food and drink. And we plan to open up the lodge (and a large outdoor tent) to the glorious May weather and throw a traditional Derby Day party in typical Broomsedge style.
Your ticket includes your cocktails and heavy hors d'oeuvres, access to the betting window, and winner's circle photos for your memories.
*We'd love to have you stay with us afterwards. We have a special rate for lodge rooms of $200 for Saturday night (single occupancy) or $300 (double occupancy). If you'd like to book a stay, please call us at 912-529-3174 to reserve. Lodging is not included in the ticket prices.
Betting Window
Do you bet on the favorite? The dark horse? Or do you just go with the best horse name? No matter. Watching the race is always more riveting when betting is involved. We'll have a live betting window on premises (all legal, of course). Good luck!

Tickets are $100 per person. Your ticket includes all food & drink during the event. Lodging is available at a special rate of $200 per room for single occupancy, or $300 for double occupancy.
Event is rain or shine and tickets are non-refundable. The party is strictly age 21+.
